Notice of Limited Support

Please be advised that between the dates of 11/06/2018 and 26/11/2018 JK Computer & Web services will only be providing a limited support service.

What does this mean?

During this period we will only respond to support requests graded as high priority. A high priority request is deemed as any issue that causes danger to site visitors (e.g. virus / malware infestation) or a situation whereby access to services are completely lost (i.e. complete E-Mail outage or website completely inaccessible).

In cases whereby a high priority request is received a temporary fix may be issued, with a complete fix being applied following the limited support dates.
